Little Shark Fin Returns and Exchanges

Here at Little Shark Fin we want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.
We offer the Returns and Exchanges under the following conditions:


All returns must be received within 30 days of original dispatch date, no exceptions.
Please note that, during the Christmas Shopping period, the 30 day return time line will start from the 25th December.

 

Requested exchange items are subject to availability.

 

If you have faulty or damaged swimwear or rashies, please include a copy of your postage receipt and if the swimwear or rashie is deemed faulty after review we will credit the cost of postage back to you.


We offer store credit and exchange options for returned items.

 

We offer refunds for returned products deemed as faulty.


Customers are responsible for return shipping except in cases of faulty product or wrong item received.


Please note: If you opt for a store credit the return shipping cost is deducted from your credit. If you opt to Shop Now with your credit or exchange for the same item/different size, the flat rate return shipping cost will be presented during the purchase/exchange process.

 

All returns must be unworn & unwashed (free of any sign of wear, odour, pet hair, antiperspirant, make-up, etc). Swimwear must be tried on over underwear. For hygienic reasons we will reject returns that show signs of wear.


Items must be returned with all garment tags fully intact. Items returned without the tags are not eligible for return.


Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please keep a copy of your return postage tracking number for your records. We recommend that you select a secure, traceable postage service for the package. Little Shark Fin does not take any responsibility for returns lost in transit.


Please note that any exchange orders or orders made using store credit by "shopping now" are not placed or held until the return is marked as "in transit" by Australia Post.

 

Should the item(s) you are exchanging for or purchased using your store credit during the return process go out of stock before you get your return on its way back to us, you will receive an out of stock notification and a store credit will be sent via emailed gift card in its place.


Little Shark Fin reserve the right to reject any return or exchange of goods should they not be returned in accordance with our returns policy and may request that you pay for the shipment of the goods back.
